Yesterday Ivy did the sweetest thing and it reminded me how simple the Gospel is. After putting her dinner plate in front of her, without a word from me, she folded her arms and closed her eyes and said the sweetest, most simple prayer I have ever heard. She did it all on her own, opening to closing. I never realized how happy it could make me to hear her pray. It took everything in me not to break into tears and start hugging and kissing her, I was so proud. Then she would definitely never want to pray again!
