Pooka's 2nd Big Birthday Bash!

Pooka had the greatest time on Saturday at her birthday party. We celebrated it with Megen and Amber just because their birthdays are all so close together, and Pooka just loved it. The theme was the Disney cartoon version of the three musketeers, and I made some cute little invitations, and Megen made a Mickey cake with fondant and everything (Super nummyand cute!). We pretty much all did our own thing. Pooka was obsessed with the slides and just kept going down one and up the other. We had yummy food and because it was such a beautiful windy day, kites! That was a big hit with everyone. I just wish we got a picture. Of course Pooka was bright red about 5 min into everything so we had to slather her with lotion. Poor thing got my fair skin and is now cursed to a pink life. Ah well, we do survive these things... She definitely got a lot of presents from everyone (THANKS!) and is just in love with all of them. The first thing she likes to play with when we get home, though, is always her v-tech computer that she got from Lia, Amber's best friend/Matthew's new boss. And yesterday in church was the most reverent we have had in a very long time because of all the books she got. Her Grandma Gayle even made her a bunch of sun dresses that she and her twin cousin are going to wear for their annual birthday pictures. SO super cute. Good times with the Morris Family!
