"Stinky Shoes"

Pooka is an especially musical person, something she has shown over and over again. So for her first Christmas (she was 6 months old) Matthew and I got her this little piano that she had to stand up to play. She still loves it, and to this day, she loves to play it and sing "twinkle twinkle" and "Star shine brightly." This is the newest song in her repertoire:

stinky shoes, stinky shoes"

I thought this was a random thing for her to sing, so I looked over at her, and lo and behold, she is singing to Daddy's shoes, right in front of her! I have noticed lately that she has an odd preoccupation with her daddy's stinky shoes!

ADDENDUM

I learned today that Mickey Mouse Clubhouse has an episode where Goofy has to jump over stinky shoes in an obstacle course - I should have known!
