The death of a...

...hard drive. Oye, what a pain. Ours had its last few days of life this week and then on Friday decided that its time with us was over. Luckily my brother Patrick is a computer genius (I'm so not exaggerating) and we called him this morning pleading for help. Over the phone he diagnosed the problem and we bought the new hard drive this morning. Matthew's all sorts of computer savvy now, so he installed the new one and we set about installing everything we lost. I'm really counting on Patrick to get all our pictures off the old drive, but it was REALLY messed up, so we might lose everything. But its nice that he's trying. Its so wonderful to have crazily intelligent family members. They make my life easier and my bank account happier :)
