Sorry I've been so horrible about posting. Things have been kind of crazy and different at the Bowler household. The search for a new home has consumed my life! I tell you, it isn't healthy!
We looked at a few houses last night, and I have determined that I would much rather spend more money than have to deal with really costly repairs that are necessary before we move in. Its just too much. I'm not being ridiculous about it either. I mean NECESSARY, ie banisters on the stairs, holes in the ceilings, and icky things you don't want to know about.
Its just really difficult to find exactly what would work for us. As a first time buyer, I know I want more than I should or than we can afford. That's just reality, and I'm trying to find an in between that I can live with. We just have to be super quick, because good homes are flying fast.
If anyone sees a nice looking, but not too expensive house in SW Vegas, let me know about it!!!!
